The role we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is driven by constant development and proactive work. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an efficient and stable IT environment that covers the workplace, end-users, and common areas such as conference rooms. This means you are expected to provide all end-users with a good and stable IT environment. It also requires a service-oriented approach, as you support and assist your colleagues' daily work for the better. This is a full-time position that requires physical presence in Karlskoga, primarily at the client's premises. The Onsite Support team is responsible for providing service and information, handling inquiries, and resolving incidents and service requests from the business. You will prepare computers, install applications, and accessories for the end-user. You are responsible for keeping the existing knowledge database updated and providing users with new instructions and guides for both the business and IT. Your main tasks include:
• Ensuring that the delivery from local Onsite Support maintains high quality within all areas of responsibility. • Solving problems and supporting users where remote control does not work or is insufficient. • Installing and delivering computers, phones, and other client-related IT hardware and ensuring that our hardware register is updated. • Managing VIP cases, when we need to assist individuals who require quick and competent help within our services. • Documenting cases in the knowledge database and in the case management system for both end-users and IT resources. • Working with systematic troubleshooting. • Assisting colleagues in other locations, e.g., during major outages or security-related incidents. • Supporting printers and conference rooms. • Ensuring that the delivery from the local Onsite Support is high in all areas of responsibility. • It is an advantage if you have experience working in a large corporation with complex IT environments. • You possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are also accustomed to documentation and administrative handling of cases within IT. • A B driver's license is a requirement.

We place great importance on your personal suitability for the role, and it is important that you can empathize with the user's situation to help professionally and pedagogically where needed; a pleasant demeanor and helpfulness are key words in our business. This position requires you to be approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where there are requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
